Data Analysis Consultancy

1. Program duration: 04 (Four) weeks

2. Online sessions: 04 (Four) via Zoom online meetings.

• 02 (Two) session with the ThesisHub research team and 02 (Two) sessions with the individual mentor.

• Each session shall comprise for 1 to 2 hours.

Before this session, the client must submit the collected data with and the approved thesis protocol. The mentor will review the submitted materials and data to provide structured guidance.

3. Program schedule:

Session-1

Timeline: On day 0

Activities:

• Session with the ThesisHub research team on the agenda, enrolment of the researcher and selection of the mentor

• Guidance on data entry will be provided if required

• The mentor will guide the client to perform relevant basic statistical analysis—using SPSS, R, or Excel

• Guidance on interpretation of the analyzed data will be provided

• Planning for draft-0 preparation  

Session-2

Timeline: Maximum 7 days from the previous session

Activities:

• Session with the mentor on feedback of the session-1 with a focus on improving the draft-0 using the client’s input and the supervisor’s feedback

• The mentor will guide the client to perform relevant advanced statistical analysis- such as t-tests, ANOVA, chi-square, regression, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallies test, Wilcoxon signed-rank test—using SPSS, R, or Excel

• Guidance on interpretation of the analyzed data will be provided

• Planning for draft-1 preparation 

Session-3

Timeline: Maximum 7 days from the previous session

Activities:

• Session with the mentor on feedback of the session-2 with a focus on improving the draft-1 with a focus on improving the draft-1 using client’s input and supervisor’s feedback

• After completing the analysis, the client will receive guidance to write the results section—crafting clear tables, charts, and narratives that follow APA or university guidelines—all while incorporating the supervisor’s feedback

• Planning for the preparation of the prefinal draft

Session-4

Timeline: Maximum 7 days from the previous session

Activities:

• Review of the prefinal draft with a focus on improving the prefinal draft using the client’s input and the supervisor’s feedback

• Preparation of the final draft 

4. Terms and Conditions (T&C):

4.1 The whole consultancy process shall be scheduled with personalized plan

4.2 Capacity building on research protocol writing of the client by personal grooming in each session based upon the need

4.2 Activities, processes, times and deadlines mentioned above in section 3 shall be considered as an integral part of the T&C

4.3 Payments are refundable within a specific time frame (See the payment details below)

4.4 Extra sessions beyond the default plan (Section 3) are available upon request and will incur additional charges

4.5 Clients may withdraw from the agreement at any time without refund or compensation, and without providing any reason or justification

4.6 ThesisHub can withdraw the deal anytime with full/partial (as per the institution’s policy) payment refund with proper justification

4.7 Any urgency from the client would be prioritized

5. Payment Details:

5.1 Amount net payable: BDT 20,000.00 (Twenty thousand only). 

5.2 Mode of payment: On instalment.

• The first instalment of BDT 12,000.00 (Twelve thousand only) after Session-1 if the deal is confirmed

• The second instalment of BDT 8,000.00 (Eight thousand only) after Session-3

5.3    Media of payment: Mobile banking bKash No. 01320-945887 (Merchant Payment Account)

5.4    Refund policy:

• 90% Refund in case of cancellation within 24 hours

• 84% refund in case of cancellation within 48 hours

• After 48 hours, the payments are non-refundable
