Thesis/Research Report Writing Consultancy

1. Program duration: 07 (Seven) weeks

2. Online sessions: 07 (Seven) via Zoom online meetings.

• 01 (One) session with the ThesisHub research team and 06 (Six) sessions with the individual mentor

• Each session shall comprise for 1 to 2 hours.

The client must submit the analyzed data with results and the approved thesis protocol. An open discussion will then be held on the thesis content, structure, and specific writing challenges. The mentor will review the submitted materials and provide structured guidance. 

3. Program schedule:

Session-1

Timeline: On day 0

Activities:

• ThesisHub research team session on agenda, researcher enrolment, and mentor selection

• Discussion on the thesis content and structure

• Identification of potential writing challenges of the client and suggest probable solution

• Planning for draft-0 preparation  

Session-2

Timeline: Maximum 7 days from the previous session

Activities:

• Session with the mentor on feedback of the Session-1

• Review of the draft-0 using the client’s input and the supervisor’s feedback

• Guidance on preparing the thesis structure

• Mentor guidance on advance statistical analysis if required

• Planning for preparation of the draft-1 

Session-3

Timeline: Maximum 7 days from the previous session

Activities:

• Session with the mentor on feedback of the Session-2

• Review of the draft-1 using the client’s input and the supervisor’s feedback

• Guidance on construct the thesis structure

• Planning for preparation of draft-2  

Session-4

Timeline: Maximum 7 days from the previous session

Activities:

• Session with the mentor on feedback of the Session-3

• Review of draft-2 using the client’s input and the supervisor’s feedback

• Mentor on reference formatting, content refinement and final polishing

• Guidance on compilation of different parts in prefinal draft

Session-5

Timeline: Maximum 7 days from the previous session

Activities:

• Session with the mentor on feedback of the Session-4

• Review of prefinal draft using the client’s input and the supervisor’s feedback

• Checked for plagiarism, grammar, and formatting

• Discussion on needful correction of the pre-final draft

• Planning for preparation of the final thesis paper

Session-6

Timeline: Maximum 7 days from the previous session

Activities:

• Session with the mentor on feedback of the Session-5

• Review of final draft using the client’s input and the supervisor’s feedback

• Discussion on needful correction of the final draft ready for submission

• Planning for preparation of the final thesis paper 

Session-7

Timeline: Maximum 7 days from the previous session

Activities:

• Session with the mentor on feedback of the Session-6

• Finalization of the thesis paper 

4. Terms and Conditions (T&C):

4.1 The whole consultancy process shall be scheduled with personalized plan

4.2 Capacity building on research protocol writing of the client by personal grooming in each session based upon the need

4.2 Activities, processes, times and deadlines mentioned above in section 3 shall be considered as an integral part of the T&C

4.3 Payments are refundable within a specific time frame (See the payment details below)

4.4 Extra sessions beyond the default plan (Section 3) are available upon request and will incur additional charges

4.5 Clients may withdraw from the agreement at any time without refund or compensation, and without providing any reason or justification

4.6 ThesisHub can withdraw the deal anytime with full/partial (as per the institution’s policy) payment refund with proper justification

4.7 Any urgency from the client would be prioritized

5. Payment Details:

5.1 Amount net payable: BDT 30,000.00 (Twenty thousand only). 

5.2 Mode of payment: On instalment.

• The first instalment of BDT 10,000.00 (Ten thousand only) after Session-1 if the deal is confirmed

• The second instalment of BDT 10,000.00 (Ten thousand only) after Session-3

• The third instalment of BDT 10,000.00 (Ten thousand only) after Session-5

• BDT 1,000.00 (One thousand only) shall cost for any extra session on learner's demand

5.3    Media of payment: Mobile banking bKash No. 01320-945887 (Merchant Payment Account)

5.4    Refund policy:

• 90% Refund in case of cancellation within 24 hours

• 84% refund in case of cancellation within 48 hours

• After 48 hours, the payments are non-refundable
